How can I order from you?

Shopping basket Select the products you wish to order by clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button. Your selection will be placed in the shopping basket. Until you submit your order you can always change the number of products, delete the selected products by clicking the ‘Remove’ button or cancel the order. Click ‘Checkout’ to go to the next step.
Checkout If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your email address and your password; otherwise you have to register as a new customer. Your data will be recorded, processed and used in compliance with the applicable privacy legislation (privacy statement). Your data will not be used in any other way or passed on to third parties. Once you have registered, you can choose the method of shipment. Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next step.
Check invoice address / select payment method Now check your invoice address and choose the payment method. Click ‘Next’ to continue to the next step.
Checking the delivery address / selecting the delivery method Check your delivery address and choose the shipping method. Click ‘Next’ to continue to the next step.
Completing the order / general terms and conditions and information about the right of withdrawal You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the delivery and invoice address and your contact details. Check that all details are correct and carefully read the general terms and conditions and the information about your right of withdrawal. You cannot complete your order until you have agreed to the general terms and conditions and the information about your right of withdrawal (tick box). Click ‘Buy now’ to submit your order to us. You are thereby making a binding offer to purchase the products ordered.
